I became a DJ in 1995 because I thought it would be fun. I had no intentions of pursuing this as a career but after experiencing the joy that came with seeing the smiles on peoples faces, I was hooked. There's a certain joy that comes with knowing you did something beautiful and extrordinary for people, it drives the passion to do it over and over again.

I've now had the pleasure of doing this over and over again for 29 years. In hindsight, I don't believe I chose this industry, I believe this industry chose me.

My mother was a music teacher, I grew up being raised in a culture of music. In our home, it wasn't a question of are you going to learn an instrument but rather which one. I started out on the drums and from there, I moved onto other instruments. Moms constant encouragement and knowledge helped me in my pursuit of learning. 

 

I quickly learned the value of live music and how it can build an atmosphere. 

 

As a professional entertainer, I've intentionally invested in myself to develop new skills that I can share with others. It's through that skill development that my goal is to turn an ordinary event, into an extrordinary experience.

I've come to realize how important it is to understand your client and adapt to their vision. It's through that understanding that I customize my unique skillset to do something beautiful and special for my clients.

I am not a DJ factory company that has 2-15 DJ's working for me all in the same day. Your event is too important to me to not give you my undivided attention on your special day.

 

I’m not just pressing play in the corner. I’m looking at your whole event and using my unique style of entertainment to give you and your guests something they've never experienced before.

This is why along with high energy DJ Services, I also offer live acoustic performances in which I learn your special song requests. And, after 20+ years of MC’ing, I've learned that a great DJ is intuitive – I know when to lead; when to follow; and when to fill in!
